Equipment required

1) Jump Rope
2) Timer

Instructions

Set a timer to time each interval of this workout.
The routine consists of four exercises:

  1. High Knee Jump Rope(see video) – 45 seconds
  2. Rest – 10 seconds
  3. Jump Squat Side to Side Toe Touch(see video) – 45 seconds
  4. Rest – 10 seconds
  5. Push Ups(see video) – 45 seconds
  6. Rest – 10 seconds
  7. Knee to chest sit-up(see video) – 45 seconds
  8. Rest – 10 seconds
  9. Repeat
