Turn Me On BodyHiiT


Basic BodyHiiT workout you can do at home.

Equipment required:
1) Two Dumbbells (5 lbs – 25 lbs or any weight that will challenge you)
2) Jump Rope
3) A mat (optional)
The basic BodyHiiT workout video shows an example of the exercise routine.
For a more advanced way to do this exercise routine:

  1. Barpees with weights – 20 reps
  2. Deep Squats – 50 reps
  3. High Knee Jump Rope – 100 reps
  4. Repeat this routine for 15 minutes.
Your goal is to repeat as many reps as you can during the 15 minutes.
