You will need a interval timer or a stopwatch and 5-15 pounds of weight (medicine ball or dumbbell).

Exercises

High Knee: 50 Seconds
Rest: 5 seconds
Side Lunge Right: 50 seconds
Rest: 5 seconds
Side Lunge Left: 50 seconds
Rest: 5 seconds
Half Burpees: 50 seconds
Rest: 5 seconds
REPEAT
