Here is a 10 minute workout you can do at home.
You will need a timer to time each interval of exercise.
This routine consists of three exercises:
- Mountain Climber – 40 seconds
- Rest – 10 seconds
- Squat/Jump – 40 seconds
- Rest – 10 seconds
- Knee to chest sit-up -40 seconds
- Rest – 10 seconds
- Repeat
Your goal is to repeat as many reps as you can during each 40 second interval.
Takes notes and challenge yourself every time you do this workout.
