Legs And Core Blaster

Here is a 10 minute workout you can do at home.

You will need a timer to time each interval of exercise.
This routine consists of three exercises:

  1. Mountain Climber – 40 seconds
  2. Rest – 10 seconds
  3. Squat/Jump – 40 seconds
  4. Rest – 10 seconds
  5. Knee to chest sit-up -40 seconds
  6. Rest – 10 seconds
  7. Repeat 
Your goal is to repeat as many reps as you can during each 40 second interval.
Takes notes and challenge yourself every time you do this workout.

    esta de locura magali que cosa el ultimo ejercicio esta de muerte no puedo hacerlo lo ago mal y lo que me duele es la cintura .pero seguire tratando

      Ve de apoco y no te inclines tanto en el ultimo ejercicio. Sigue practicando,  tu abdomen se va a volver mas fuerte.
